Bosu is a unique and effective full body workout that will help you analyze movement patterns, the way your muscles interact and how you can effectively use movement sequences, repetitions, and plyometric work to target muscles you forgot you had. It’s a direct way to increase and strenghthen your major muscles groups by using a shift in focus with your own body weight. |

| Power Yoga Int,/Adv. |
A Power Yoga class will systematically work the entire body. In one hour you will burn calories, build flexibility, gain strength and cultivate focus. During each flow class, we use our own body weight to challenge ourselves with strength poses, allowing us to incorporate weight training in each class. At the same time, you'll build flexibility throughout the entire body while keeping the mind calm and focused. By breathing through each pose, you'll reduce stress and become happy! |

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO” allowing participants to stick with it and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for the body and the mind. |

Pop, undulate, shimmy, and sweat! Following a full-body stretching and conditioning warmup, this class covers basic belly dance movements, combinations and technique. All ages, sizes, and skills are welcome to drop in and enjoy this low-impact, toning, and delightfully fun class. |
