Hoopology 101 Hooping provides a great workout for all levels, and works every major muscle group, building core strength, improving flexibility, reducing stress, increasing endurance, and boosting overall energy levels. In addition to all this, hooping is fun and brings instant joy. Hula hoops will be provided, max class capacity is ten participants, so come early to reserve your spot.

This new workout will not only increase your cardio but it will sculpt and tone your body with our new spin and sculpt class program. Headphones are needed for this program.
