Bollywood Dance Bollywood dance is a mixture of numerous styles. These styles include belly-dancing, Kathak, Indian Folk,  Western popular, and "modern", jazz, and even Western erotic dancing. Come join us for fun during this great cardio class and learn this new exciting style of dance.

Booty Burnin' Ballet Booty Burnin Ballet is a dynamic fusion of yoga, booty sculpting, and dance that will make you feel strong! The workouts are so fun, you won't believe you're also losing weight and sculpting long, lean muscles. Try it and you'll see a dramatic difference in your body. Class will consist of different exercises using the barre and center of floor.

Buff Body Barre Exercises include,  bridge variations, & crab tricep dips. Zayna makes good use of the ball to add variety & intensity, pelvic tuck, pliet varieties, chair pose w/ ball thigh squeezes, a standing donkey kick series, hip shifts & hip circles. There is a very unique feel to this workout and the pace is right on. Class also includes stretching at the end of class. This class is mellow & down to earth and the variety of music is nice (hip hop to mellow yoga type music). Great for barre fans and some new & unique variations added in to make this a nice addition to your workouts.

Dance With Me Dance With Me is a fantastic Dance/Fitness program created by Billy and Sharon Catherine Blanks. Their mission is to change the way people view fitness through designing and featuring only programs that uplift you and make you feel good! Dynamic Flexibility Dynamic stretching is a form of stretching beneficial in sports utilizing momentum from form. This form of stretching prepares the body for physical exertion and sports performance. In the past it was the practice to undertake static stretching before exercises. Dynamic stretching increases range of movement, blood and oxygen flow to soft tissues prior to exertion. Increasingly coaches and sports trainers are aware of the role of dynami stretching in improving and reducing risk of injury.

Hoopology 101 Hooping provides a great workout for all levels, and works every major muscle group, building core strength, improving flexibility, reducing stress, increasing endurance, and boosting overall energy levels. In addition to all this, hooping is fun and brings instant joy. Hula hoops will be provided, max class capacity is ten participants, so come early to reserve your spot.

Just Dance Just Dance combines the styles of Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, and Ballet into one class. The class consists of a 15-20 minute warm up, movement combos across the floor, real dance choreography, and finishes up with a cool down consisting of ballet inspired exercises and stretches.
Fall semester students will have the option to perform a learned routine in UTD's annual Dancin 4 a Cause charity dance show.
Get ready to warm it up, dance it out, and cool it down while learning real dance technique and terminology!
