Non–Credit Classes
Non-Credit Classes will be offered in six week sessions:

• Cost: $35 per person
Boot Camp
A high-intensity, military style workout incorporating aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Get ready to be cut and lean as we melt the fat away.

Triathlon
Ready to tackle your first Triathlon? Already tried one, but want to improve your biking, running and swimming technique? Are you tired of having to hang on the wall every lap? Would you like to become more efficient and finally "enjoy" swimming? Let the Personal Trainers and WSI Instructors from UTD Rec Sports help you! We will teach you efficient swimming, running and biking techniques, analyze your stroke, and send you home with a new perspective on Triathlon training. Information will be provided on Triathlon groups and events in the Dallas area.
