Personal Training
The Personal Training Program at UTD is designed to help you with your personal fitness goals whether you want to lose a few pounds or need help designing a workout right for you.
During your session, you will meet one on one with a certified personal trainer, so you can discuss your goals, obstacles, current activities, and nutrition. Your body composition will be taken and recorded, so you can have an assessment of where you are and where you need to be. We will work together to produce a personalized weight training program and learn to properly use the equipment. Our goal is to practice the principles necessary to continue working out effectively, independently, and with long lasting benefits.
Basic nutritional guidance and daily menus with delicious nutritional low-fat recipes will also be provided.
