Group X

Exercise in a group! Rather than jump on a machine or go for a run, gather some friends and get your workout by moving to the beat of your favorite songs. Trained instructors lead the workout through a variety of movement combinations that exercises your muscles while you have fun at the same time. Whether it be kettlebell, yoga, spin or Zumba, choose something you like and join the group!

Group X Pass

Semester Pass Individual Pass
$50 access to all classes $3 access to any individual class
  • Summer 2015 passes are good for June 1st - August 8th.
  • Classes begin on Monday June 1st, 2015.
  • Classes end on Saturday August 8th, 2015.
  • No yoga on Friday June 12th at RCW
  • No classes on Saturday July 4th.
  • There is a $20 card replacement fee for a lost or stolen Group X pass
  • All passes are non-refundable after June 8, 2015.
  • Participants must show proof of pass and ID before entering class.
  • Sponsored guests will be required to pay the $2 Activity Center fee as well as a $3 group exercise fee for a single class.
  • Community Users will be required to pay the $5 Activity Center fee as well as the $3 group exercise fee for a single class.
  • Classes in residential areas are for area residents and semester pass holders only.
  • Passes will be prorated to $25 beginning Monday July 6th, 2015.

Aqua/Land Bootcamp - This class does more than just get you in shape! This boot camp program is designed based on the training divers in the military go through.  Cross training is the key to never letting your body adapt to a certain exercise. Participants should be somewhat comfortable in the water, please bring water and a towel/bathing suit you can move comfortably in.

Body Pump - Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED™ - Created by America's Favorite Trainer, Jillian Michaels brings you her revolutionary, whole body, metabolic conditioning workout. This high intensity class will have you burning crazy amounts of calories and incinerating fat not only during the workout but hours after you've left the gym. Define muscle and condition for peak performance using Jillian's 3-2-1 interval/circuit training approach – 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of core, all packed into a fresh and fun 30-minute workout.

Booty Barre - Calories, calories, calories. At the end of the day, if you want to lose weight burning calories is where it's at. Research has shown that 300-600 are burned in a 1 hour Barre class. Come join the fun Booty Ballet Barre class that targets your abs, legs, glutes, and upper body. You will also learn combinations across the floor in addition to the barre .

Butts n' Gutts - An entire hour dedicated to building core strength, toning legs, and sculpting your lower body.

Cardio Kettlebell - Includes a compilation of the most effective Russian Kettlebell workouts ranging from muscle building to core and abs to hard core cardio.

Cardio Kickboxing - This intense workout is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. Improve on your strength, fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Cardio Step-N-Weights - This is an excellent cardio sculpt class with basic step combinations strength moves that will work all the muscle groups in a short amount of time.   You can make this class as intense high aerobic as you want, or very low impact depending on your fitness levels. 

HIIT Conditioning - Get ready to turn on your jets! This class begins with a dynamic warm-up. Then, we incorporate strength, conditioning, power intervals, and plyometric moves that will challenge you both physically and mentally.

Hip - Hop - This class is designed for students who wish to develop skills in various forms of dance and movement. Fun for all levels of dancers! No skill needed, we will provide that!

Hoop and Sculpt - Hula Hoop and Sculpt is a class for adults that will “bring out the kid in you”. It’s 60 minutes of PURE FUN, simply dancing in your hoop! While doing some basic full body sculpting moves, squats, lunges, pushups and more! Your heart is a muscle too and needs exercise daily!

Tae Kwon Do - Tae kwon do focuses mainly on striking through kicks and punches. It is a full body workout that uses a lot of core workouts during classes.

Power Yoga - Practice cardiovascular and meditative Yoga postures correctly to lengthen the muscles, open jammed joints and practice breathing more effectively and effortlessly.

Spin - This program is the original and most popular group cycling class. It will not only increase your cardio but will sculpt and tone your body.

Tango - The Tango class is for anyone interested in learning the tango-era dances. Rhythm and footwork will be covered, with a focus on technique and musicality.

Worx - Come join this fun new workout, using variety of weights and ton of enthusiasm. This workout will focus on the entire body with fun new moves getting in shape while each exercise is executed in an intervals type workout. Hope to see you there and get ready to sweat.

X-Core - Focusing primarily on your core and abs, Xcore is an intense 30 min. training session aimed to improve the strength, agility, flexibility and definition. Using different exercises and a wide variety of equipment you will achieve these goals. We challenge you to come and try this ultimate core workout!

Yoga - This yoga class combines elements of Iyengar and Vinyasa styles which focus on technique and alignment while creating a gentle, yet challenging, practice.

Zumba - Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations.
