Exercise in a group! Rather than jump on a machine or go for a run, gather some friends and get your workout by moving to the beat of your favorite songs. Trained instructors lead the workout through a variety of movement combinations that exercises your muscles while you have fun at the same time. Whether it be bootcamp, yoga, cardio dance fitness or Zumba, choose something you like and join the group!

- Spring 2017 passes are good for January 17th - April 28th.
- Classes begin on Tuesday January 17th, 2017.
- Classes end on Friday April 28th, 2017.
- No classes during Spring Break (3/11 - 3/19)
- There is a $20 card replacement fee for a lost or stolen Group X pass
- Refunds are only available until January 25th, 2017.
- Participants must show proof of pass and ID before entering class.
- Sponsored guests will be required to pay the $2 Activity Center / Rec Center West fee as well as a $3 group exercise fee for a single class.
- Community Users will be required to pay the $5 Activity Center / Rec Center West fee as well as the $3 group exercise fee for a single class.
- Classes in residential areas are for area residents and semester pass holders only.
- Passes will be prorated to $25 beginning March 13th, 2017.

Aqua Land Bootcamp - This class does more than just get you in shape! Cross training is the key to never letting your body adapt to a certain exercise. Participants should be somewhat comfortable in the water, please bring water and a towel/bathing suit you can move comfortably in.
Ballet Beginnings - Strengthen and tone your entire body while you improve coordination and body awareness. Each class will include floor barre exercises, standing barre, and movement across the floor.
Belly to Barre - In just 30 minutes you’ll power up your core and step to the barre to tone and sculpt long, lean muscles.
Bootcamp - Break past personal boundaries in this supportive environment designed to expand your comfort zone. Interval cardiovascular training, weights, and a variety of other fun exercise toys are used in this class.
Body Pump & Body Pump Express - Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
BOSU Yoga - Add a whole new dimension to your mind-body training with yoga poses using the BOSU. Challenge your balance, engage your concentration, and increase your flexibility with this unusual format.
Butts & Guts - An entire hour dedicated to building core strength, toning legs, and sculpting your lower body.
Cardio Kick - Burn calories and blow off stress with high energy cardio kickboxing. While this class is not intended to prepare you for a fight, you will feel like a champion as you channel your inner prizefighting spirit.
Cize® - Dance your way to fit with a step-by-step program from the creator of Insanity®. This pulse-pounding workout will condition your heart and lungs, strengthen your core, and send you out the door with a spring in your step.
Core Crush - Get that flat belly, but more importantly improve your posture and balance, while guarding against low back pain in this 30 minute strengthening class.
Core on the Ball - Change up your boring old workout routine with a BOSU ball. The BOSU (both sides utilized) ball makes exercise extra challenging. With a flat platform on one side and a rubber dome on the other, the tool adds an element of instability to your workouts, forcing you to use your core to stay steady.
HIIT Fit & HIIT Fit Express - High-intensity interval training is an exercise strategy which alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Burn a ton of calories and boost your metabolism in this cardio intensive class, and top it off with some strength conditioning to make you a fit hiit!
Insanity® - Want to get into insane shape? Expand your comfort zone and amplify your results with this max-interval workout.
PiYo® - PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
Spin - This program is the original and most popular group cycling class. It will not only increase your cardio but will sculpt and tone your body.
Stretch and Flex - Increase your range of motion, reduce muscle tension, and stave off injury with this low impact stretching class. Great for the experienced and fledgling athlete.
Tabata Express - Want a quick workout that you KNOW delivers results? Tabata Express uses short intervals of extremely intense work in 4-minute sets to rev up your metabolism as never before! You will experience increased calorie burn, better muscle definition, and improved endurance just by giving this 30-minute workout everything you’ve got.
Tai Chi - Tai chi is an ancient mind-body Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise which promotes serenity. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
Total Body Toning - Sculpt a well-toned, well-balanced and well-proportioned body with this strength –training class.
U-JAM Fitness® - U-JAM Fitness® takes you around the world from Bollywood to Hip-Hop with an intense cardio dance workout designed to burn calories, tone your body, and leave you begging for more!
Yoga - Power Flow - Practice cardiovascular and meditative Yoga postures correctly to lengthen the muscles, open jammed joints and practice breathing more effectively and effortlessly.
Yoga - Explore yoga postures and to develop flexibility and balance. The focus here on proper alignment will bring you balance, strength, and a wonderful feeling of calm.
Yoga - Flow - Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.
Zumba™ - Zumba™ combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that will sculpt and tone your body. Who ever thought sweating could be so much fun?
