| Intramural Fees |
Most of the intramural sports have some fee that is required before a team or individual can register. These small fees (none higher than $20 per TEAM) are not in place to generate revenue. The intention of the fees is to reduce the number of forfeits. If a team does not forfeit throughout the season, including playoffs, the team will get the fee returned. After the season is over, teams will have 10 days to come in and pick-up their check, otherwise it will be shredded.
Upon entering a team or individual for a sport, the entry from MUST be accompanied by a check, per university policy. Payment must be in the form of a check so that at the end of the intramural season, it will be destroyed. Teams that forfeit during the season will have their checks deposited.
