NETWORK ANALYSIS TOOL

Tom Kurien                                     Dr.   Ioannis G. Tollis

The Network Analysis Tool, is a platform independent application developed to aid in graph and network analysis tasks.  The objective of the tool, is to provide a graphical user interface (GUI) within which, the user can plot various models of networks.   Once the networks have been entered, custom algorithms such as RingCover, can be   applied on the entered graph to display a much more optimal network configuration. The resulting networks can be arranged and displayed using different layout techniques to assist in the readibility of the final network.

Screen Shot 6

Screen Shot 7

The first four screen shots are all related to the same Telecommunications Network, as the RINGCOVER algorithim and ForceDirected layouts are being applied in stages..

The latter, #5-7 are sample screen shots on various other platforms, displaying features of the editor.
