1. Telecommunications Network:

        * a NODE can represent, a geographical area, hardware, user ...etc.

        * each EDGE is assigned a weight, representing the cost for information to travel through it from its connected nodes.  For example (if NODE20 wanted to communicate with NODE21, it would cost 145 units, in order to do so)
