General Dynamics Awarded US$20 Million Contract to
Supply
RG-31 Mk5 Mine Protected Vehicles to the U.S. Army
The U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command, in support of the Program Executive Office for Combat Support and Combat Service Support (PEO CS&CSS), has awarded a contract for US$19.9 million to General Dynamics Land Systems-Canada to provide 44 RG-31 Mk5 Mine Protected Vehicles. General Dynamics Land Systems, the Canadian company's parent corporation, is a business unit of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD).
The contract was signed through the Canadian Commercial Corporation, a Crown Agency of the Canadian Government. Under this contract, General Dynamics Land Systems-Canada will provide program management, while BAE Land Systems OMC of South Africa will manufacture the vehicles. Deliveries will occur from October 2007 to November 2007.
The RG-31 Mk5 is the latest version of the highly successful RG-31 vehicle family. U.S. forces have previously ordered or received 448 RG-31 vehicles, including 265 Mk5s for the U.S. Army and Special Operations Command (SOCOM), and 24 Mk5s for the U.S. Marine Corps under the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle program. The vehicles have proven to be highly effective against mines, improvised explosive devices and ballistic threats encountered by U.S. and allied forces in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

ExxonMobil Senior Vice President Stuart McGill Announces Retirement after 38 Years of Service
Dr. Stuart R. McGill, senior vice president of Exxon Mobil Corporation, has announced his intention to retire effective July 31, 2007 after more than 38 years of service.
Since October 2004, Dr. McGill has been responsible for ExxonMobil's upstream operations, which include exploration, development, production, gas and power marketing and upstream research.
McGill joined Esso Australia Ltd. in 1969 as an engineer in its Production Department. During his career, McGill held a number of domestic and international engineering, research, gas marketing, production, and general management assignments. Prior to the ExxonMobil merger, those positions included managing director of Esso Production Malaysia Inc., Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, chairman and managing director of Esso Australia Ltd., Sydney, Australia, chief executive officer of Esso Holding Company Holland Inc. and of Esso B.V., Breda, Netherlands and president of Exxon Company, International, New Jersey. Subsequent to the ExxonMobil merger, he was appointed president of ExxonMobil Gas & Power Marketing Company in December 1999. He was appointed president of ExxonMobil Production Company in July 2003.
A native of Australia, McGill holds a bachelor's degree and a doctorate in chemical engineering from Sydney University. McGill is a fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Rockwell Automation Names Schmitt as Senior VP Human Resources
Representatives of Rockwell Automation, Inc. announced Monday that Susan Schmitt has been named senior vice president, Human Resources effective July 16, 2007. Schmitt will join the senior leadership team reporting to Keith Nosbusch, chairman and chief executive officer.
Schmitt with 20 years of Human Resources experience joins Rockwell Automation from Kellogg where she was most recently director, Human Resources UK and Europe. She was with Kellogg for 12 years holding increasingly responsible HR positions. Prior to Kellogg she spent eight years in consulting and compensation roles with Managing Decisions, Inc., Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and Helene Curtis, Inc.
Schmitt has a graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University and her undergraduate degree in Psychology and French was earned from Albion College.

Fujitsu Announces Resignation of Corporate Vice President
Following a meeting of its Board of Directors on June 15, 2007 Fujitsu Limited announced Monday that Toshio Morohoshi has resigned as Corporate Vice President, effective June 17.
Morohoshi, a 25-year Fujitsu veteran who headed Fujitsu Computer Systems since its founding in 2003, is credited with building the Fujitsu group North American revenues to $3.5 billion in 2005. He began his position as corporate vice president in June 2006. No reason for the resignation was available.
