Lab Positions Available

The Neuroscience and Psychometrics Research Lab at University of Texas – Dallas and University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking post-doctoral research scientists to design and conduct neuroimaging and behavioral studies of working memory in normal, aging, and impaired groups, and to perform data analysis. UTD and UTSW have embarked on a multi-million dollar expansion of human neuroscience research that includes a new 6-story $60M Advanced Imaging Research Center (AIRC) and a 3-story Center for Brain Health. These formal academic and administrative entities support neuroscientists, radiologists, neurologists, neuropsychologists, psychiatrists, engineers, chemists, biomedical engineers and computer scientists in the development and application of burgeoning imaging technologies in human neuroscience research. The AIRC houses several high-field, research-dedicated MR systems including research-dedicated Philips 3T and 7T Human systems. Experience with Linux/UNIX, Matlab, and fMRI data analysis tools (AFNI, Caret, FreeSurfer, etc.) is preferred. Please send cover letter and CV to Dr. Bart Rypma, University of Texas at Dallas, School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences, Green Hall, GR41, Box 830688 800 West Campbell Road Richardson, TX 75080-3021
