PHS Conflict of Interest Training

The U.S. Public Health Service requires completion of conflict of interest training at least every four years by all individuals at UT Dallas responsible for the design, conduct, or reporting of research supported by PHS funding. The required training is offered online through the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Program. The training must be completed prior to the submission of a proposal for PHS research funding.

NOTE: If you have previously completed Responsible Conduct of Research or Human Subjects Research training with CITI you will not be able to create a new CITI account. Follow the second set of instructions below for completing conflict of interest training with an existing CITI account.
