The conference will be held at The Adolphus June 9-11, 2010. It is within walking distance of Dallas' arts and financial districts and is home to The French Room, named the #1 hotel restaurant in America by the Zagat Survey. It is about an easy shuttle ride from both the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport. A block of rooms have been reserved for conference participants at a cost of $115 per night. The deadline for making reserverations at the conference rate is May 10, 2010.

The TRI room rates are affordable: single or double-occupancy at $115/night. Junior Suites are available at $145/night. That is more than $75 off their normal price. All the events will be held in The Adolphus.
We are willing to assist graduate students in finding suitable room mates to alleviate some of the hotel costs. If you send in your information, we can compile a list and try to make appropriate matches. Informaton will be kept confidential to those seeking roommates, but students should expect to attend the entire conference and be sure to include their research advisor's contact infomation. Travel to the hotel from the airport
SuperShuttle, a shared ride service, is offering a discounted rate between the airport and the Adolphus. The cost is $14 per-direction cost. Reservations can be made by using this link or by calling 1-800-258-3826 and referencing group code: KVHGR. The discount is valid from June 6-14.
You can find taxi cabs outside the airport as well. The hotel is seven miles from Dallas Love Field Airport and eighteen miles from Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport.
