Data & Resources
The primary objective of The University of Texas at Dallas Education Research Center (UTD-ERC) is to enable research that will benefit PreK-16 education in the State of Texas by using individual-level administrative data to study the progress and performance of students, teachers, and schools.
Starting with de-identified individual-level student data provided by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Texas Education Agency, the UTD-ERC creates research-ready datasets that have been cleaned and documented in accordance with professional standards.
The UTD-ERC also facilitates secure use of its data by third-party researchers approved by the Joint Advisory Board.
