Research
The primary objective of Texas Schools Project is to enable research that will benefit PreK-16 education in the State of Texas by bringing together individual-level administrative data from multiple Texas state agencies as well as other sources of education data.
We perform high-quality academic research that builds upon our historic focus of improving academic achievement, increasing transitions to and success in postsecondary education, and improving labor market outcomes of students in Texas and the nation.
Our research expertise spans from early childhood education through college remediation and beyond. The depth and breadth of inquiry possible with this data is demonstrated in our extensive listing of Research Areas.
Listings of publications, working papers, and dissertations are also available, sorted alphabetically by author last name.
