UTDrive

Research Platform for In-Vehicle Safety Systems and Driver Behavior Modeling

Under UTDrive project umbrella several inter-disciplinary work is being carried out or planned to commence in coming years. Here is the quick list of these sub-projects. Please feel free to have a look at the individual sub-project pages!

Project List

Stochastic models are used to recognize the maneuvers, routes and to detect driver distraction in a predictive manner.

This helps to understand driver behaviour dynamics and opens the ways to develop adaptive, context aware and human-centric active safety systems.

Stochastic Driver Behaviour Modelling

Driver behaviour models are used to design context-aware, human-centric active safety systems.

Human-Centric Active Safety Systems

This sub-project aims to develop driver metrics with validation and reliability analysis. The metrics are aimed to assess and predict the trends in driver status.

Driver Status Monitoring and Metrics

Microphone-array processing and in-vehicle dialogue system development.

In-Vehicle Dialogue Systems Design
