• The Residency Core Questions must be filled out by all applicants to UTD and any current students who wish to be reclassified.
• The Residency Affidavit must be filled out by the applicants who are not U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• The Affidavit shall be required only when the person applies for resident status and states that the person will apply to become a Permanent Resident as soon as the person becomes eligible to apply.
