Favorite thing about teaching Rhetoric 1101: Seeing if I can get the really shy kid in the back of the class to relax and have fun.
The biggest lesson I learned as a freshman: To not stay up all night cramming for a big exam.
My favorite thing about UT Dallas: It’s big enough to have tons of resources, but not so big students get lost in the shuffle.
My hobbies: Thinking up “projects” for my husband.
One book I think everyone should read is: The UT Dallas catalog (well, most of it anyway).
Something that people may not know about me: I’m addicted to HGTV and rock and roll music.
