Favorite thing about teaching Rhetoric 1101: Getting to interact on a more personal level with students and seeing them learn the skills they will need to succeed at both the university level and as they start their professional careers.
The biggest lesson I learned as a freshman: Prioritize and manage time to the best of my ability.
My favorite thing about UT Dallas: The faculty and staff at UT Dallas are so friendly, and they are truly dedicated to your success as a student.
My hobbies: Traveling, reading, listening to music and learning new things.
One book I think everyone should read is: The Spellbinder’s Gift by Og Mandino. It’s a great inspirational story about achieving all that life has to offer.
Something that people may not know about me: I collect Southwest art.
