Why did you decide to become a First-Year Leader?
I think it’s an exciting opportunity to help freshmen make their first year at UTD amazing.

What advice do you have for the freshman class coming into UT Dallas?
Remember to prioritize.

What do you wish you did during your freshman year that you didn’t?
Spent more time studying during the day so I could sleep.

What do you like about UT Dallas?
The fact that it’s so easy to get involved.

Why did you decide to attend UT Dallas?
It was close to home and they offered a great scholarship.

What has been your favorite or best UT Dallas experience so far?
Joining in the annual Cardboard Boat Regatta and, of course, meeting so many great people.

What did you learn about college life that you didn’t know before?
That it would be so easy to get involved.

What do you like to do to unwind after class?
Hang out with my friends.
