I broke my front tooth twice. Once in grade school while running, and again in high school while break dancing.

Why did you decide to become a First-Year Leader?
The RHET 1101 class gave me an invaluable experience. By being a FYL I can show freshmen how to truly appreciate UTD.

What advice do you have for the freshman class coming into UT Dallas?
Time management is the key to success.

What do you wish you did during your freshman year that you didn’t?
I wish I had visited home more often.

What do you like about UT Dallas?
I like that UTD is like a small tight knit community.

Why did you decide to attend UT Dallas?
I decided to attend UTD because of the neuroscience program.

What has been your favorite or best UT Dallas experience so far?
I constantly have new experiences here at UTD that top the last, but nothing beats just hanging out with my friends.

What did you learn about college life that you didn’t know before?
I learned that professors won't hold your hand through a class like high school teachers did.
