Do you live on campus? If yes, what do you like about living on your own?
I live on campus in Phase 9. I have three great roommates, and I love having my peer advisors.

Vietnamese Student Association, Residential Senate, Filipino Students Association, Orientation Team Mentors.
List some of your hobbies.
I love to dance! I also like playing volleyball, hanging out with friends, watching movies, bowling, playing cards and board games, and anything that keeps me amused.
Something that people may not know about me.
I'm the type of person you can ask to go anywhere and if it sounds like fun or it sounds different from the usual, I'm totally down.
Why did you decide to become a First-Year Leader?
I wanted to continue helping people learn about UT Dallas. I want people to see how much fun it really can be as long as you try new things and are willing to do something different.
What advice do you have for the freshman class coming into UT Dallas?
Don't be scared to say "hi" to the person next to you, chances are they're just as nervous as you are and life at UT Dallas is what you make of it.
What do you wish you did during your freshman year that you didn’t?
I wish I had figured out time management skills and how to organize my priorities.
What do you like about UT Dallas?
I like that it's a small community. I thought I wanted to attend a big school, but I realized how beneficial it was to have a school this size. There's an amazing variety of people that you can really appreciate.
Why did you decide to attend UT Dallas?
Money. I decided to attend UT Dallas because I was offered a scholarship, but I stayed for other reasons.
What has been your favorite/best UT Dallas experience so far?
Meeting so many people!
What did you learn about college life that you didn’t know before?
I learned it's not as terrifying or as easy as you think. Each year is different, but it's a learning experience.
What do you like to do to unwind after class?
After class, I usually like to eat or take a nap. If I get bored, I get a group of friends together and teach dance in the Activity center or play cards or pool in the Student Union.
