Submit a Job Request
Submit and track your marketing job request via JIRA.
- Log into jira.utdallas.edu with your NetID.
- Click Projects. Browse and select Student Affairs Marketing (SAM).
- Click Create Issue.
- Complete the pop-up form. Describe your event/program and what you may need.
- Content Required: attach text and graphics needed for your job request.
- Click Create.
JIRA is a project tracking app used by the Student Affairs marketing team. Keep up-to-date with your job request and collaborate with us by posting your comments and files on JIRA.
