• The Ad Hoc Calendar Policy Committee made several recommendations regarding final exam dates, grading periods and commencement dates. These recommendations were referred to CEP.

• Policy Memorandum updates defined the voting responsibilities of faculty at the school level for initial appointments and promotion and tenure decisions

• Updated copy for the graduate catalog was approved
• Representatives from Student Government brought results from a survey regarding the plan to implement +/- grading for graduate students in the Fall 2008 semester
