Bulletin Boards and Mailboxes
Bulletin Boards
- Organizations that have been registered for at least one academic year are eligible for dedicated bulletin boards in the Student Union, space permitting. Organizations that apply for board space will be placed on a waiting list until their request can be honored.
- A bulletin board is under the jurisdiction of the school, department, or administrative office that maintains it. To use a bulletin board, permission must be obtained from the appropriate school, department, or administrative office.
- Signs may be posted on approved Student Activities bulletin boards located throughout campus. These boards are marked for general posting use.

Organizations receive messages and campus activities notices in the mailboxes. In addition, groups may also utilize the mailboxes to distribute information about planned activities to other organizations.
Security-sensitive mail, such as bank statements, credit union information, and all other confidential documents will be secured in the Student Organization Suite. Only your organization’s president and/or authorized persons, by express written permission from the president, can retrieve this type of mail. All persons that pick up security-sensitive mail must sign for it, and by doing so, assume responsibility for the proper handling and delivery.
