Two officers of an organization must attend a mandatory orientation session to complete their requirements to register their student organization.

The orientation is designed to familiarize the officers with funding procedures, event planning and room reservations, fundraising procedures, university policies, advertising and visual identity policies, and university resources. The Student Organization Forum Officers conduct the orientation and there are multiple sessions that are offered each semester.

Orientations — Spring 2009 January 15, 2009 January 29, 2009 February 12, 2009 March 12, 2009 April 9, 2009

All orientations occur at 5:00 p.m. and take place in the Galaxy Room, Student Union (SU) 2.602.
