About Us

The 16th Annual: State Politics and Policy Conference will be held May 19-21, 2016 on the campus of The University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas by the School of Economic, Political and Policy Sciences. This year's conference will focus on the relationship between the federal government and states with particular attention to recent issues and controversies concerning states' autonomy and the 10th Amendment.

Registration

Registration is free for members of the State Politics and Policy section of APSA. Registration is $50 for all others.

Graduate students who are members of the State Politics and Policy section and who are on the conference program are eligible for a $200 travel stipend.



Proposals

Papers concerning any aspect of the conference theme are especially welcome, although all proposals will be given serious consideration. Proposals (maximum 300 words) should be submitted electronically through the EasyChair system. Questions may be directed to Dr. Robert Lowry at [email protected]
