Providing your name and contact information is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED but optional. Your name and contact information will be kept confidential. It will only used by the Staff Council to follow up with the individual making the suggestion. We may need to ask you questions to clarify your request and we want to let you know the status of your suggestion.

Before submitting your suggestion, it may be helpful to review the updated Suggestion Log for similar suggestions already being considered.

Note that if you have a building maintenance or repair issue, you should contact your building liaison.
