International Student Services

Staff

	Lisabeth Lassiter Assistant Director, International Programs Lisabeth joined the ISSO in September 2009, but has been a Dallas resident for many years. Lisabeth is a graduate of UT Dallas, earning both her B.A. in Psychology and her M.S. in Management with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. She enjoys learning about new cultures and working with the awesome international students at UT Dallas. Her favorite things include photography, yoga and her dog, a white Labrador named Rita.
	Andrea Diaz International Student Program Coordinator, International Programs Andrea joined the ISSO as the Program Coordinator in December 2008. She holds a B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University and an M.A. in Latin American Studies from UCLA. As an undergraduate, she studied and interned in Merida, Mexico, where she learned to speak Spanish and bargain with street vendors. When she’s not planning events for international students, she likes to travel, read, dance salsa, and be outdoors.
	Hilal El Marraki International Student Peer Advocate, International Programs Hilal holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a double major in finance and marketing from Morocco. He is currently pursuing a master in finance at UT Dallas. Hilal has a great passion for languages, and he is so far fluent in four languages and hopes to make Japanese his fifth. He also enjoys water sports, mainly snorkeling and water polo. By working as an IPA in the ISSO, he looks forward to meeting new people, discovering new cultures and sharing his own experience and knowledge with others.
	Rushabh Ajmera International Student Peer Advocate, International Programs Rushabh has an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from University of Mumbai, India. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Information Technology and Management. He likes to travel, watch movies and play different types of sports. He is really passionate about soccer and a huge Arsenal fan. He wants to explore and learn about new cultures of different people and by working as an IPA in ISSO he hopes to achieve that.
