E-mail or Mailing Address Changes

The degree plan auditors communicate critical information and reminders about graduation to students exclusively through e-mail. E-mail communications will go to both your UT Dallas e-mail account and your personal e-mail. If your personal e-mail address changes, it is imperative that you update your record with the Office of the Registrar.

Your graduation address is the location where your diploma will be delivered. You may update your graduation address online through the Galaxy. Please email a notice to graduation@utdallas.edu if you update your graduation address.

Please note: an e-mail will be sent notifying you of the final date to change your graduation mailing address for the current term.
