Transcript Request
Official transcripts can be requested
- Online (this link will open a new secure browser window) - For domestic first class mailing of official transcript
- Via Email (this link will open a new secure browser window) - Required for overnight or international mail
- Transcripts requested via email will only be mailed to a student at the address on file with the Office of the Registrar or to another institution of higher education where the recipient is the Admissions Office, the Graduate School/Undergraduate Studies, Student Records/Registrar's Office.
- You can update your address on file through the Student Information System (SIS).

Guidelines
- **Most transcripts are free of charge**. A $10.00 mailing fee is charged for overnight and
international mail.
- A student must clear all university holds before requesting a transcript.
- No partial or incomplete transcripts will be issued,
i.e. undergraduate and graduate transcripts are issued
together.
- Official transcripts could have a processing time of
three to five working days. During peak times (after
graduation and grade day), this time could be longer.
Therefore, it is important that you request your
official transcript in an appropriate time manner.
- Unofficial transcripts can be obtained through
the Student Information
System (SIS).
- Official transcript may not be requested over the telephone.
- We will issue as many transcripts as requested, but will only release five transcripts a week.
