Hello to all.

This coming semester (Fall 2009), I'll be living in a spacious, condo on W. Lookout Drive, literally five minutes or less from UTD. I need another person or two to occupy the place with yours truly.

The condo is a two bedroom, two bath unit with new wood and tile floors, a granite fireplace, an outdoor patio, a spacious kitchen with painted walls, brand new appliances, cable-ready amenities (TV and internet), access to a swimming pool, and reserved parking. Clocking in at 1100 square feet, the condo is in a quiet and nice community within walking distance of UT Dallas and local shopping centers/ foodmarkets. The nearby residents are other students and/or individuals approaching retirement; the neighborhood itself is safe and watched by authorities. When I chatted with someone in the area, he informed me that, as far as he could remember, this area hadn't seen any crime or vandalism. The condo is situated right next to a public recreation center with outdoor tennis courts, a public bike trail and golf course, and Canyon Creek Country Club.

I'm looking for one person or two with which to share the rent for this beautiful residence. People who apply must be decent, nonsmoking, nonalcoholic , responsible , and respectful of personal space .

For one roommate to occupy the other bedroom and bath, rent would be $550 including all utilities. For two roommates to jointly share the other bedroom and bath, rent would be $325 each including all utilities.
