Are you a student or organization in need of a sponsor for a program or event? If so, complete the form below and attend an upcoming Senate meeting. Doing so will allow you to be recognized in the Visitors section of the meeting. If so inclined, a Senator will make a motion in New Business to allocate funding to your program. Upon passage of the motion, a meeting will be necessary to discuss further requirements.

Please submit this form at least 4 weeks prior to your event. SG cannot fund any event, or expenses related to any event, that occurs off-campus: this includes any sort of travel or conference fees. SG cannot provide funds to certain events that qualify for funding under SOF. Also note that if your request is approved, SG can only issue reimbursements for specific items you purchase according to University policies and procedures. SG will not simply issue you a check.
