     a. Will provide a sign on the booth clearly indicating name of organization.
     b. Will not obstruct pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
     c. Will not disrupt or disturb regular academic and institutional programs or other approved activities.
     d. Will not result in damage or defacement of property.
     e. Will not allow booth to be staffed by a person who is not a U.T. Dallas student, faculty member, or staff member.
     f. Will not operate booth by accosting individuals or by hawking or shouting.
     g. Will use booth only for purposes stated on this application.
     h. Will return booth to Student Union by designated time.
     i. Will clean the area around the booth prior to returning it to the Union.
     j. Will assume financial responsibility for loss or damage to booth.

     c. Will not distribute material that promotes an off-campus business, organization, agency, national association, or charitable group.
     d. Will not distribute material that is obscene, libelous, or directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to invite or produce such action.
