The Student Union has several meeting rooms that are available to registered student organizations and University departments. Room reservations can be made online with our Online Facilities Application.

Room Availability
If you would like to reserve a room for your Student Organization, please check the Room Availability. Then, use the Online Forms or the Printable Forms to submit your reservation request.
Note: You must be a registered student, a current staff member, or current faculty member to make a reservation.
