Campus Housing Accommodations
UT Dallas provides reasonable housing accommodations to students with documented disabilities, and/or medical conditions. If you have a disability and want to request housing accommodations you must:
- Submit your online housing application.
- Submit a completed
Disability/Medical Housing Accommodation Request form to the Office of Student AccessAbility (OSA). - Submit official medical documentation from a licensed physician to OSA. Please note that medical documentation must clearly support your housing request.
Your
Disability/Medical Housing Accommodation Request form, along with your supporting documentation, will be reviewed by OSA. If your paperwork is approved, OSA will recommend the appropriate housing accommodation(s) to Residential Life. Approval by OSA does not guarantee housing. All housing decisions are made by Residential Life and are based on availability in housing vacancies. Space is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. The earlier requests are made, the more options there are to accommodate student needs.
