Success Camp
UT Dallas Success Camp will help ease your first-day-of-school jitters by teaching you the skills you’ll need to study and take notes for college classes. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet-and-greet professors and learn secrets of success from upperclassmen.
Success Camp includes hands-on experiences designed to help you succeed in college academics.
You’ll attend a mock lecture, get a tour of campus and make connections with new students and Orientation Team Mentors.
Nervous about calculus or chemistry? Success Camp can help! We offer refresher courses in both subjects so you’ll feel calm and confident on your first day of class.

- Testing and note-taking strategies
- Study skills
- Time management
- Campus resources
- Calculus and chemistry refresher
In addition to valuable information, you’ll get a free lunch and have the opportunity to interact with University faculty and administrators.
