Summer Camp Experience Scholarship

Advanced Problem Solving Using Java

This a 2-week course for advanced junior high school and senior high school students and teachers who wish to extend their problem solving and computer programming skills. They should be able to use simple tools such as an editor, IDE, Eclipse, or Net Beans. They should be able to program well in Java.

AwesomeMath Summer Program

An international program designed for gifted students seeking to expand their mathematical horizons and improve performances in math competitions. Classes feature a problem-solving approach emphasizing algebra, geometry, number theory and combinatorics.

CHAMPS Computer Science Camp

(CHallenging Algorithmics and Mathematics in Problem Solving)

This camp is designed to teach problem-solving skills and to spark interest in computer science via the creation of animated story worlds using the Alice programming language. It is aimed at middle-school students.
