Tuesday, April 1
* A resident of Ph 9 of the University Village Apts. reported an unknown person entered
her apartment through an open window and was found in her bedroom; the suspect ran away
after she awoke and found him; she was unable to get a good description of the subject.
* A student was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and issued two citations for
Disregard Stop Sign and Expired Registration on Waterview Parkway
* A student reported a delayed aggravated assault which occurred two days prior in the
Jonsson Building at a fraternity meeting; the reporting party signed a statement of non-prosecution
* A student reported her vehicle was damaged while parked unattended in Lot H.
Thursday, April 3
* A student was arrested for outstanding warrants after being stopped for a traffic
violation on Dr. A.
* A resident of Waterview Park Apts. Ph 1 reported someone threw an object and hit the
window on her apartment causing minor damage.
Friday, April 4
* A resident of Ph 8 of the University Village Apts. reported someone tried to gain entry
into her apartment through the balcony door; the closet door on the balcony was also found
open; there wasn’t any property reported missing
* Two non-affiliated persons were issued Criminal Trespass Warnings for the entire campus
after they were found soliciting in Ph 9 of the University Village Apts.
* A female student reported an unknown male was rubbing his feet on her while sitting at
the study area on the 3rd floor of the McDermott Library; the reporting party signed a
statement of non-prosecution
Saturday, April 5
* A student was arrested for Failure to Identify in Ph 8 of the University Village Apts.
* Officers responded to a verbal argument between a male and female student in Ph 9 of the
University Village Apts.

* A student was arrested for Driving While License Invalid on Dr. H.
Wednesday, April 9
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for outstanding warrants in the Activity Center parking lot.
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for Criminal Trespass in building #56 of the University Village Apts.
Thursday, April 10
* A resident of building #61 reported an unknown person attempted to gain entry into her
apartment without her permission through the front door.
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for Possession of Marijuana in the Visual Arts building
on campus and issued a City of Richardson citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Friday, April 11
* A non-affiliated male was arrested for Leaving a Child Unattended in a Vehicle, Theft,
Failure to Identify and was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for the entire campus in
the Bookstore parking lot.
Saturday, April 12
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for outstanding warrants in Ph 6 of the University Village Apts.
Sunday, April 13
* A non-affiliated person was issued a citation for Possession of Alcohol by a Minor and
Open Container on Campbell Rd.
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated on Waterview Parkway
and a non-affiliated passenger was issued a City of Richardson citation for Consumption
of Alcohol by a Minor.
Monday, April 14
* A student reported the theft of a jacket from the Engineering Computer Science Building.
Tuesday, April 15
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for outstanding warrants at Point North Park.
* A student reported minor damage to their vehicle in Lot H; it is unknown how the damage occurred.
Wednesday, April 16
* A student was arrested for Driving While License Suspended on Waterview Parkway.
* A resident of Ph 8-A was arrested for Class C Assault Family Violence after assaulting his roommate.
Thursday, April 17
* Officers responded to the activation of a fire alarm pull station in building #67 of the
University Village Apts. The alarm was false, there was no sign of a fire.
Friday, April 18
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for outstanding warrants on Waterview Parkway.
Sunday, April 20
* Two non-affiliated persons were criminally trespassed from the entire UTD campus after
being found inside a resident’s apartment without the resident’s permission.
Monday, April 21
* A staff member was arrested for an outstanding warrant on University Parkway.
* A resident of Ph 5 reported being harassed on the phone by an unknown individual.
* A student reported his vehicle was struck and damaged by an unknown person while parked in Lot P.
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for an outstanding warrant on Frankford Rd.
* A student reported an attempted sexual assault in the Founders North Building.
Monday, April 22
* A faculty member reported an unknown person left a racially offensive note under his office door.
* A student was arrested for driving with a suspended license on Dr L.
Wednesday, April 23
* An outside contractor reported the theft of a backpack leaf blower from a construction trailer
parked at the south end of Waterview Park Apts. Ph 1.
Thursday, April 24
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for Failure to Identify (giving false information) on Dr. A.
* A student reported being involved in an argument and fight with three other males in the parking
lot of building 61 of the University Village Apts.; the student showed no signs of injury and declined
medical treatment; the three other males had left the scene before officers arrived.
* A staff member reported a burglary of two storage buildings at the WSTC building.
* A student reported the theft of her laptop computer from her apartment in Ph 8-A of the University Village Apts.
Friday, April 25
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for an outstanding warrant and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in Point North Park.
* Officers and Richardson Fire Dept. responded to a vehicle fire in Lot A; there were no injuries, property damage only.
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for Driving While License Invalid on Waterview Parkway.
Saturday, April 26
* A student was arrested for Evading Detention and Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor and a second student
was arrested for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor in Ph 3 of the Waterview Park Apts.
* A student was arrested for Interference with Public Duties, Failure to Identify and Resisting Arrest;
a second student was issued a citation for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor in Ph 3 of the Waterview Park Apts.
* A non-affiliated male was arrested for Driving While License Invalid and an outstanding traffic warrant on Drive A.
