* A non-affiliated person was arrested for outstanding warrants after being stopped for a traffic violation in Lot J.
* A resident of Ph 8 reported the theft of his camera and checkbook from his apartment.
* A resident of Ph 2 reported being threatened by his non-affiliated roommate.
Saturday, February 3
* A student was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped for a traffic offense in Ph 1 of the
Waterview Park Apartments.
* Officers responded to the report of a John Deere Gator vehicle being used by unknown person without permission
from the owner.
Sunday, February 4
* A resident of Ph 9 reported the theft of his play station gaming system and 2 video games.
Monday, February 5
* A staff member reported the theft of a bag of tools which had been left inside a locked air handler unit on
the roof of the Berkner building.
* A student reported the theft of his laptop from the Green Building.
* A non-affiliated subject was arrested for criminal trespass in Ph 8 of the Waterview Park Apartments
Tuesday, February 6
* A student reported the theft of his bicycle from the bike rack in Ph 8.
* A resident of Ph8 of the Waterview Park Apts. Reported damage to the front door of their apartment.
Thursday, February 8
* Officers responded to a loud noise complaint in Ph 2 of the Waterview Park Apts.; two students were issued
citations for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, one student was issued a citation for Minor in Possession of
Alcohol and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, two students were arrested for outstanding warrants.
* A peer advisor reported a disturbance in Ph 8. One student was issued a city citation for Consumption of
Alcohol by a Minor; an assault was reported but the victim refused to prosecute.
* Officers and Richardson EMS responded to the report of a staff member having chest pains at the Grounds
Building; he was transported via ambulance to Richardson Regional for further treatment.
* A student reported the unauthorized use of his debit card.
* Officers responded to a report of a theft at the Comet Café. Officer made contact with the suspect and
he was issued a citation for theft under $50 and a criminal trespass warning from the Comet Café.
* A disturbance was reported between two staff members.
Friday, February 9
* A resident of Ph 9 reported receiving harassing phone calls from a non-affiliated subject.
* A non-affiliated male was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and for 5 outstanding other agency warrants in Lot J.
* An Aramark manager reported some items were stolen from the Comet Café.
* Officers responded to a loud noise complaint in Ph 1 of the Waterview Apts. The resident was issued a verbal
warning for loud noise.
Saturday, February 10
* A non-affiliated subject was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by a Minor and issued an
Open Container citation, after being stopped for a traffic violation in Ph 8 of the Waterview Park Apts. Two
additional non-affiliated persons were issued citations for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor.
* A student was transported from Ph 8 of the Waterview Park Apts. via ambulance to Richardson Regional Hospital
for treatment of possible alcohol poisoning.
* Officers responded to a report of a beer bottle being thrown at an apartment door in Ph 2 of the Waterview
Park Apartments.
* Officers responded to a loud noise complaint in Ph 3 of the Waterview Park Apts. One resident was issued a
citation for Minor in Possession of Alcohol and a student was issued a citation for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor.
Tuesday, February 13
* A vehicle parked in Lot I was impounded due to unpaid parking citations.
* A student was arrested for outstanding warrants after being stopped for a traffic violation in the 2300
block of University.
* Officers responded to a report of a criminal trespass violation in Ph 8 of the Waterview Park Apts. The
suspect was located and arrested for criminal trespass.
* Officers responded to report of a domestic disturbance in Ph 1 of the Waterview Park Apts. A non-affiliated
person was arrested for assault/family violence and outstanding warrants.
Wednesday, February 14
* A student reported the theft of her jacket from the Conference Center.
Thursday, February 15
* A student reported the theft of his wallet from an unsecured locker in the Activity Center.
* Officer responded to an ill person in the Engineering Computer Science building. The subject was
treated at the scene by Richardson EMS and refused transport to the hospital.
* A student reported damaged which had occurred to her vehicle by her ex-boyfriend while parked in Ph 3.
The student did not wish to pursue criminal charges.
Saturday, February 17
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for outstanding warrants after being stopped fro a traffic
violation in the 2200 block of Armstrong Parkway.
* Officers responded to the report of criminal mischief which occurred to the A/C unit at the athletic
field concession stand.
Sunday, February 18
* Officers responded to the report of a fight in progress in Ph 4 of the Waterview Park Apts. On
arrival they located a non-affiliated person who had been injured in a fight with several unknown
individuals. The person did not wish pursue criminal charges.
* Officers responded to a report of an unattended death in Ph 7 of the Waterview Park Apts.
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for driving while license invalid after being stopped for a
traffic violation in the 2400 block of University.

* A non-affiliated person was arrested for driving while license invalid after being stopped
for a traffic violation on Dr. H.
Tuesday, 02/20
* A vehicle was impounded in Lot I for unpaid citations
* A student reported a two vehicle non-injury accident in Lot J.
* A student reported her purse was stolen from the Conference Center.
Wednesday, 02/21
* A faculty member reported his vehicle was struck by a vehicle that left the scene without providing information,
while parked in Lot H.
* A student reported the theft of his laptop from the Founders Building.
Thursday, 02/22
* A student was arrested for Public Intoxication in Lot L.
* Graffiti was reported on the men’s restroom door in the Engineering and Computer Science Building.
Sunday, 02/25
* A robbery occurred near the parking lot on the east side of Ph 5 of the Waterview Park Apartments. The
suspects were located and arrested.
* A resident of Ph 8 reported the theft of his Sony Play Station 2
Monday, 02/26
* Officers responded to the Jonsson Building in reference to a student who had passed out; the student was
conscience on arrival and refused medical attention.
* A minor vehicle accident was reported in Lot M.
* A student reported the theft of his back pack and laptop from the McDermott Library
Tuesday, 02/27
* A faculty member reported the theft of beverages from his personal refrigerator in the Multi-Purpose Building.
* A vehicle was impounded in Ph 6 of the Waterview Park Apts. for unpaid citations.
* A vehicle was impounded in Ph 8 A of the Waterview Park Apts. for unpaid citations.
* Officers responded to a welfare concern in Ph 1 of the Waterview Park Apts. Resident was located and
case was unfounded.
