* UTD Police responded to a fire alarm pull station in School of 
  Management.  Investigation revealed it was a false alarm.


Friday, 01/06

* A non-affiliated person was arrested for three active warrants on 
  Campbell Road, after being stopped for a traffic violation.

* A non-affiliated person was found in Possession of a Controlled 
  Substance on Waterview Parkway after being stopped for a traffic 
  violation.

* A student reported a two vehicle hit and run accident in Waterview Park 
  Apartments.


Monday, 01/09

* A student was arrested for Public Intoxication in Berkner Hall.

* UTD Police responded to a loud noise complaints (use of air horn) in 
  Phases 8, 8A, and 9 in Waterview Park Apartments.  Three students were 
  identified and issued warnings for the violation.

* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a medical assist 
  at the Student Union.  A student was transported by RFD ambulance to 
  Richardson Regional Medical Center.

* A staff member reported being assaulted by another staff member at 
  Callier Center South.

* A student reported the theft of a bicycle from Waterview Park 
  Apartments.

* A student was found in Possession of a Controlled Substance on Synergy 
  Park Blvd. after being stopped for a traffic violation.

* UTD Police responded to a fire alarm pull station in Founders Hall.  
  Investigation revealed it was a false alarm.


Tuesday, 01/10

* UTD Police discovered a fraudulent parking permit in a student's vehicle 
  parked in Lot J.

Wednesday, 01/11

* A student was arrested on two active warrants at the School of 
  Management.

* A staff member reported the theft of a 35mm projector from an office in 
  the School of Management.  On 01/21 the projector was recovered along 
  with other property believed to have been stolen.

Thursday, 01/12

* A student was arrested for Driving Under the Influence on Rutford Avenue
  after being stopped for a traffic violation.

* A staff member reported the theft of a projector, computer, and 
  accessories from a classroom in Jonsson Hall.  The property was valued 
  at $5700.

* A staff member reported the theft of a DVD/VHS player, computer, and 
  accessories from a classroom in Cecil Green Hall.  The property was
  valued at $785.

  and Computer Science Complex.  Investigation revealed it was a false 
  alarm.

* UT Southwestern Police and Dallas Fire Department responded to a medical 
  assist at Callier Center South.  A non-affiliated person was transported 
  by DFD ambulance to Parkland Hospital.

* A faculty member reported the theft of keys from an office in Founders 
  Hall.

Sunday, 01/15

* UTD Police responded to a loud noise complaint at a resident in 
  Waterview Park Apartments. A student was issued a citation for public 
  intoxication.  A student and a non-affiliated person were issued 
  citations for Consumption of Alcohol by Minor.  Two residents were 
  issued citations for the noise violation.

* A staff member reported the theft of two license plates from a vehicle
  parked in Lot A.

* A student reported the theft of a bicycle from a stairwell in Waterview
  Park Apartments.

Monday, 01/16

* UTD Police responded to a complaint of bottles being thrown from
  a balcony in Waterview Park Apartments.  A student was issued a court
  citation for Consumption of Alcohol by Minor.  Incident referred to the
  Dean of Students.

* A non-affiliated person was arrested for an active warrant on Synergy 
  Park Blvd. after being stopped for a traffic violation.

* A student reported the theft of a  Kawasaki motorcycle from 
  Waterview Park Apartments. The property was valued at $5000.

Tuesday, 01/17

* A faculty member reported the theft of a camera from an office in the 
  School of Management.  The property was valued at $200.

* A staff member reported a two vehicle hit and run accident in Lot L.
  Property damage only.

* A student was arrested on Bull Run for two active warrants after being 
  stopped for a traffic violation.

* A two vehicle accident occurred on University Parkway.  Property damage 
  only.

Wednesday, 01/18

* A student reported the theft of a spoiler from a vehicle in Waterview
  Park Apartments.

* UTD Police responded to assist Richardson Police with a fight in 
  progress in the parking lot of Richardson Regional Medical Center.
  The incident had originated in Lot B of the UTD campus.  Two students
  were issued court citations for Disorderly Conduct.

* A student was arrested on Drive L for two active warrants after being 
  stopped for a traffic violation.  A student passenger in the vehicle was 
  arrested for Intefering with Public Duties, Resisting Arrest, and 
  Assault on Peace Officer.


Thursday, 01/19

* A non-affiliated person was arrested on University Parkway for an active 
  warrant after being stopped for a traffic violation.

* A student reported a two vehicle hit and run accident in Lot B.
  Property damage only.

* A staff member reported stolen property in a residence of Waterview 
  Park Apartments. A section of Waterview Apartment fencing and a Handicap 
  Parking sign were returned to the Leasing Office.  The Waterview 
  Apartments management declined to pursue criminal charges.  Incident 
  referred to the Dean of Students.

* A student was arrested on Drive H for two active warrants after being 
  stopped for a traffic violation.

* UTD Police discovered a fraudulent parking permit in a vehicle in 
  Lot E.  Incident referred to the Dean of Students.


Friday, 01/20

* A student reported criminal mischief damage to a vehicle in Waterview
  Park Apartments.  The front passenger window had been shattered.

* A student reported a two vehicle hit and run accident in Lot A.
  Property damage only.

* UTD Police responded to a report of a suspicious person at pedestrian 
  mall  area between Jonsson Hall and Cecil Green Hall. A student was 
  issued a Criminal Mischief citation for writing in wet concrete.

  and Synergy Park Blvd.  Property damage only.

* A student reported the burglary of a motor vehicle in Lot C. A stereo 
  valued at about $150 was taken from the dash.

* A non-affiliated person reported a two vehicle hit and run accident 
  occurred in lot C.  Property damage only

* A UTD alumnus reported a being assaulted by a  student.  The student 
  was issued a court citation for Assault (offensive contact).
