*A minor two vehicle accident was reported in Ph 8A of the University Village Apts.; there were no injuries reported.


Friday, January 4, 2008

*A student reported their vehicle was damaged while parked in Lot A by an unknown person.

*Officers responded to a verbal argument between two students in Ph 3 of the Waterview Park Apts.; no offense had occurred.


Saturday, January 5, 2008

*Five non-affiliated persons and two students were issued citations for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor in PH 2 of the Waterview Park Apts.

*Residents of Ph 8 of the University Village Apts. reported their apartment had been burglarized while they were on Christmas break; there was no sign of forced entry.

*Officers responded to a report of loud noise and an odor of marijuana in Ph 9 of the University Village Apts.; the residents refused to answer the door and the officers could not detect the odor of marijuana.

*A minor accident involving state vehicles was reported in the parking area behind the Physical Plant, no injuries were reported


Thursday, January 10

*A student reported the theft of some personal items from her apartment in Ph 9 of the University Village Apts.

*Graffiti was reported in the parking lot near building 55 of the Ph 8 University Village Apts.


Friday, January 11

*A non-affiliated person was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated on Waterview Parkway


Saturday, January 12

*A student was issued a citation for Possession of Alcohol by a Minor in Point North Park

*A non-affiliated person was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in the 800 block of Campbell Rd.

*Graffiti was reported on the UTD sign at the intersection of Lookout and Floyd Rd


Sunday, January 13

*A resident of Ph 8 reported their apartment had been burglarized during the holidays.

*A non-affiliated person was arrested for Driving While License Invalid and two individuals were issued Criminal Trespass warnings on Waterview Parkway.

*A student reported his vehicle had been spray painted by an unknown person in Ph 2 of the Waterview Park Apts.


Monday, January 14

*A student reported their vehicle had been struck and damaged by an unknown persons while it was parked in Lot D

*A student reported he was assaulted by his roommate, another student in PH 5 of the University Village Apts. The suspect was arrested for Aggravated Assault.

*A non-affiliated person was arrested for Possession of Marijuana in Point North Park. A second non-affiliated person was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia


Tuesday, January 15

*A non-affiliated person was arrested for Possession of Marijuana on Campbell Rd.

*A Waterview maintenance worker reported broken windows in the Ph 1 laundry room.


Friday, January 18

*A student was issued a citation for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor in Ph 5 of the University Village Apts.

*A student was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance in Ph 8 of the University Village Apts.

*A non-affiliated person was arrested for outstanding traffic warrants and issued a citation for no driver's license in the 800 block of Campbell Rd.

*Two students were arrested for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor in the 2200 Block of Waterview Parkway

*A non-affiliated person was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in Ph 2 of the Waterview Park Apts.


Sunday January 20

*A student was issued a citation for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor in Ph 9 of the University Village Apts.
