*A student was issued a citation for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor in the 2200 block of Waterview Parkway.

*Four students were issued citations for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor and one of the students was arrested for an outstanding warrant in Ph 6 of the Waterview Park Apts.

*Officers responded to a fire alarm in the Jonsson Building; someone had set off a smoke bomb.

*A staff member reported the theft of her wallet from the Green Building.

*Officers responded to a verbal argument between a student and her non-affiliated boyfriend in Ph 1 of the Waterview Park Apts.; the boyfriend left for the night.

*A non-affiliated person was arrested for an outstanding warrant in Ph 7 of the Waterview Park Apts.

*A student was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated after being stopped for a traffic violation on Dr. L.

*Residents of an apartment in Ph 5 of the Waterview Park Apts. were issued city citations for loud noise.

*A student was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped for a traffic violation in Ph 4 of the Waterview Park Apts.

*A student reported their vehicle was struck and damaged by an unknown person while parked unattended in Lot B on April 26, 2007.

*Officers responded to the UTD counseling center to assist with a student having problems; the student was transported to the Green Oaks facility for further evaluation.
