Wednesday, 11/02

* A student reported a two vehicle hit and run accident in Lot D.
  Property damage only.

* A student reported criminal mischief property damage to a vehicle in
  Waterview Park Apartments.

* A student reported a two vehicle hit and run accident in Lot J.
  Property damage only.  The victim did not wish to pursue criminal 
  charges.

Thursday, 11/03

* UTD Police responded to a complaint of a solicitor in Waterview Park 
  Apartments.  The solicitor was detained, identified as non-affiliated, 
  and issued a criminal trespass warning citation.  Several hours later, 
  UTD Police responded to another complaint of solicitors in Waterview 
  Park Apartments.  A traffic stop was conducted on a related vehicle.  
  One non-affiliated person was arrested for Criminal Trespass.  Nine 
  other non-affiliated passengers were issued verbal criminal trespass 
  warnings.

* A student reported an incident of harassing communications in Waterview
  Park Apartments.  The victim did not wish to pursue criminal charges.

* A non-affiliated person was arrested for an active warrant on Drive A 
  after being stopped for a traffic violation.


Friday, 11/04

* UTD Police responded to a complaint of a solicitor in Waterview Park 
  Apartments.  The solicitor was identified as a non-affiliated person 
  and was issued a criminal trespass warning citation.  The non-affiliated 
  person was arrested for failure to identify and on an active 
  felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Saturday, 11/05

* UTD Police responded to a loud noise complaint at a residence in 
  Waterview Park Apartments.  Court citations were issued to the residents 
  for the noise violation.

Sunday, 11/06

* Two students were issued campus citations for consumption of alcohol by 
  minor  in a parking lot of Waterview Park Apartments.
  
Monday, 11/07

* A staff member reported the theft of computer equipment from a computer 
  lab in the Human Resources Administration building.  The stolen items 
  included: a flat panel monitor, two keyboards, two optical mice, and a 
  media projector.  The approximate value of the stolen items totaled 
  $1580.

* UTD Police responded to a disturbance at the LaCrosse fields south of 
  Waterview Park Apartments.  A non-affiliated person was issued a 
  criminal trespass warning citation.

* UTD Police impounded a vehicle for unpaid citations in Lot K.


Tuesday, 11/08

* UTD Police discovered criminal mischief damage to the main doors of the
  clubhouse in Phase 8 of Waterview Park Apartments.

* A student was arrested on possession of controlled substance on Drive A, 
  after being stopped for a traffic violation.
 
* A student reported the theft of an unattended purse from McDermott 
  Library.  The purse contained a wallet, credit cards, keys, checkbook, 
  and twenty dollars.  


Wednesday, 11/09

* UTD Police impounded a vehicle for unpaid citations in Lot F.


Thursday, 11/10

* UTD Police responded to a loud noise complaint at a residence in
  Waterview Park Apartments.  A student was issued a court citation for
  possession of alcohol by minor.

* UTD Police responded to a loud noise complaint at a residence in
  Waterview Park Apartments.  Two students were issued court citations
  for the noise violation.

* A student reported his wallet was stolen from the basketball court 
  on the south side of the Activity Center.  The contents of the wallet 
  included credit cards, driver's license, Comet Card, and fifteen 
  dollars.

Friday, 11/11

* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a medical assist
  at a residence in Waterview Park Apartments.  A student was transported
  by RFD ambulance to Richardson Regional Medical Center.  Incident 
  referred to the Dean of Students.

* A student reported criminal mischief damage to a vehicle in Waterview
  Park Apartments.

* UTD Police executed a search warrant at a residence in Waterview
  Park Apartments.  Three students were arrested on various drug 
  possession charges.

Saturday, 11/12

* UTD Police detained five students between Waterview Park Apartments
  and the Practice Tee golf course.  Investigation revealed the students
  had stolen a UTD golf cart.  Criminal charges are pending.

* A faculty member reported criminal mischief damage to a window of
  Cecil Green Hall.

* A non-affiliated person was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Failure 
  to Identify on the UTD Cricket Field.

Sunday, 11/13

* A student was arrested at a residence in Waterview Park Apartments for
  furnishing alcohol to minors.  Three other students and one 
  non-affiliated person were each issued court citations for consumption
  of alcohol by minor.

* UTD Police responded to a complaint of the consumption of alcohol
  in the Student Union at the UTD Radio Station.  Incident referred to
  the Dean of Students.

Monday, 11/14

* A student was arrested for Public Intoxication in a parking lot of 
  Waterview Park Apartments

* UTD Police discovered criminal mischief activity to two vehicles in 
  Waterview Park Apartments.  The vehicle owners declined to pursue 
  criminal charges.

* A staff member reported an incident of harassment in the McDermott
  Library.

* UTD Police responded to a complaint from the custodial staff of a student
  group using a closed building after hours.  The student organization 
  initially refused to leave the area, and the student leader of the group 
  refused to provide identification when requested.  Compliance was 
  eventually gained without citation or arrest.  Incident referred to the 
  Dean of Students.

Tuesday, 11/15

* A two vehicle accident occurred in a parking lot of Waterview Park
  Apartments.  Property damage only.

* A student reported theft of mail from a mail center in Waterview Park 
  Apartments.

Wednesday, 11/16

* A student reported the theft of an unsecured bicycle from a bike 
  rack at the McDermott Library.
  
* A student was arrested for driving without a license and an active 
  warrant on Drive A after being stopped for a traffic violation.

* UTD Police responded to a noise complaint at a residence in Waterview
  Park Apartments.  Investigation revealed the noise was due to the use
  of fireworks.  A student was issued a court citation for disorderly 
  conduct.

Thursday, 11/17

* UTD Police executed a search warrant at a residence in Waterview
  Park Apartments.  Four students were arrested on various drug 
  possession charges.  One of the students was issued a court citation 
  for consumption of alcohol by minor.

* UTD Police seized marijuana from a residence in Waterview Park 
  Apartments.

Friday, 11/18

* A student turned over marijuana to the UTD Police which had been 
  discovered in a parking lot of Waterview Park Apartments.

* A student was issued a court citation for possession of stolen property
  on Drive A after being stopped for a traffic violation.

Saturday, 11/19

* A staff member found a bicycle discarded in the fenced area near
  the Central Energy Plant.  There has been no theft report made in 
  regard to the bicycle.

* A staff member reported signs and lettering missing from the UTD 
  entrance at the intersection of Campbell Road and University Parkway. 

* A staff member reported the theft of a laptop computer from an office in 
  Hoblitzelle Hall.  The laptop was valued at $1862.

* UTD Police responded to a loud noise complaint at a residence in 
  Waterview Park Apartments. A student was issued a citation for 
  possession of alcohol by a minor.  A non-affiliated person was issued a 
  citation for consumption of alcohol by a minor.

 
Tuesday, 11/22

* A student reported non-criminal property damage by a golf ball to a 
  vehicle parked in Waterview Park Apartments.  


Wednesday, 11/23

* A staff member reported the theft of a large area rug from the lobby 
  area adjacent to the Women.s Center in the McDermott Library.  The 
  property was valued at $500.

* A student reported the theft of a laptop computer at the Conference 
  Center.  The property was valued at $500.

* A staff member reported a two vehicle accident in Lot A.  Property 
  damage only.


Thursday, 11/24

* UTD Police responded to a security alarm in the basement of the 
  McDermott Library.  Officers located an unknown white male in a 
  restricted area.  The suspect fled the area and eluded the Officers.  
  The suspect was wearing a black knit cap, black coat, black pants and 
  had a black goatee beard.


Friday, 11/25

* A non-affiliated person was arrested for No Driver License on Waterview 
  Parkway after being stopped for a traffic violation.

* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a residence in 
  Waterview Park Apartments in regards to a welfare concern.  Incident 
  referred to Residential Life.


Tuesday, 11/29

* A student reported the theft of a Playstation 2 gaming console and 
  accessories from a residence in Waterview Park Apartments.  The property 
  was valued at $99.

* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a medical assist 
  at the Jonsson Performance Hall.  A student was transported by RFD 
  ambulance to Richardson Regional Medical Center.

* A student reported the theft of a laptop computer from a residence in 
  Waterview Park Apartments.  The property was valued at $898.  On 12/05, 
  UTD Police arrested a student for possession of the stolen property.

* UTD Police discovered a fraudulent parking permit in a vehicle on 
  Drive C.  Incident referred to the Dean of Students.

* UTD Police discovered criminal mischief damage to the windows of the 
Jonsson/Founders crossover and to the exterior of the University Theatre.


Wednesday, 11/30

* A faculty member reported the theft of a MP3 player from an office in 
  the School of Management.  The property was valued at $150.

* UTD Police impounded a vehicle for unpaid citations in Lot J.

* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a medical assist 
  at the Student Union.  A student was transported by RFD ambulance to 
  Richardson Regional Medical Center.

* A student was issued a court citation for Disorderly Conduct (indecent 
  exposure) in Lot D.
