* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a medical assist
at the Student Union. A student was transported by RFD ambulance to
Richardson Regional Medical Center.
* A staff member reported the possible possession of stolen property at a

* A staff member reported graffiti on a breezeway wall in Waterview
Park Apartments.
* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a a medical
assist on a DART bus on Drive A. A non-affiliated person was
transported by RFD ambulance to Richardson Regional Medical Center.
* A student reported a conflict with a roommate in Waterview Park
Apartments. Incident referred to the Dean of Students.

* A staff member reported the theft of a HP Pocket PC from an office in
the School of Management. The hand held computer was valued at $360.
* UTD Police impounded a vehicle for unpaid citations in Waterview
Park Apartments.
Thursday, 10/06
* A student reported the theft of three hubcaps from a vehicle
in Waterview Park Apartments.
* A staff member reported the theft of a cordless drill from the
Conference Center. The power tool was valued at approximately
$258.
Friday, 10/07
* A staff member reported criminal mischief damage to a vehicle in
Waterview Park Apartments.
* UTD Police recovered two stolen Centex Construction signs from a
residence in Waterview Park Apartments.
* A staff member reported a one vehicle accident on Drive C. Property
damage only.
* UTD Police discovered graffiti on a traffic sign near Lot I and Drive H.
* UTD Police identified seven persons leaving a party in a parking area of
Waterview Park Apartments. Four students and one non-affiliated person
were issued citations for Consumption of Alcohol by Minor.

Saturday, 10/08
* A student was issued a court citation for DUI by Minor and Open
Container after being stopped for a traffic violation on Drive L.
A non-affiliated passenger was issued a court citation for Consumption
of Alcohol by Minor and Open Container.
* UTD Police responded to a loud noise complaint in Waterview Park
Apartments. Seven students and two non-affiliated persons were
issued court citations for Consumption of Alcohol by Minor. Two
students were issued court citations for Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia. A student was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
* A student reported the theft of an unsecured bicycle from Waterview
Park Apartments. The stolen bicycle was valued at approximately $600.

* UTD Police recovered a stolen license plate from a vehicle in Lot F.
* A student reported a two vehicle hit and run accident in Waterview
Park Apartments. Property damage only.
Tuesday, 10/11
* UTD Police impounded a vehicle for unpaid citations in Waterview
Park Apartments.
* A non-affiliated person reported a two vehicle hit and run accident

* A staff member reported the theft of two laptops, three palm pilots, a
web camera, and a hard drive from an office in the Jonsson building.
* A student reported non-criminal property damage by a golf ball to a
vehicle in Waterview Park Apartments.
* A student reported the theft of a wallet and a mobile phone from the
auxilliary gym in the Activity Center. The wallet contained a Comet
Card, driver license, social security card, and credit cards.

* A staff member reported the use of a fraudulent parking permit in Lot M.
* A student reported criminal mischief damage to a vehicle in Waterview
Park Apartments.
* A staff member reported the use of a fraudulent parking permit in Lot K.
Thursday, 10/13
* A student reported the theft of a backpack, laptop, and Ray-Ban glasses
from a property bin in the Bookstore lobby.
* Two students reported the were assaulted by a non affiliated person in
Waterview Park Apartments The victims declined to pursue criminal
charges.
* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a medical
assist in Waterview Park Apartments. A student was transported
by RFD ambulance to Richardson Regional Medical Center.
* A faculty member reported the theft of a sculpture from the Visual Arts
building.
Saturday, 10/15
* A student reported a sexual assault in Waterview Park Apartments. The
non-affiliated suspect was later arrested by Harris County Sheriff's
Office on UTD Police arrest warrants for the charges of sexual assault,
interference with an emergency telephone call, and criminal mischief damage.
* A non-affiliated person was issued a court citation for DUI by Minor
after being stopped for a traffic violation on Waterview Parkway.
Two non-affiliated passengers were issued court citations for
Consumption of Alcohol by Minor. The three minors were released
to a parent.
Sunday, 10/16
* UTD Police responded to a loud noise complaint at a residence in
Waterview Park Apartments. Incident referred to the Dean of Students.
* UTD Police discovered damage to a handicap parking sign in Waterview
Park Apartments.
* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a medical assist
at a residence in Waterview Park Apartments. A student was transported
by RFD ambulance to Richardson Regional Medical Center.
Monday, 10/17
* UTD Police impounded a vehicle for unpaid citations in Lot M.
* A faculty member reported the theft of vehicle from Lot M.
Investigation revealed the vehicle had been taken by a family member in
a dispute over vehicle ownership. The vehicle was returned after
UTD Police contact the family member.
Tuesday, 10/18
* A faculty member reported a two vehicle hit and run accident in Lot H.
* A staff member reported the use of a fraudulent parking permit in Lot I.
* A student reported his wallet was stolen from the UT Dallas Activity
Center main gym. The wallet contents included four dollars, Comet Card,
Driver's License, Debit Card, and Fitness Membership card.
The value of the theft is approximately $204.
* A student reported the theft of a license plate from a vehicle in Lot A.
Wednesday, 10/19
* A non-affiliated person was arrested for criminal trespass and an active
warrant in Lot B.
* UTD Police responded to a welfare concern in the Student Union. A
student was transported by UTD Police to a local hospital.
Thursday, 10/20
* A student reported the theft of a vehicle from Waterview Park
Apartments. The vehicle was later recovered by the Hunt County
Sheriff's Office.
* A non-affiliated person reported a burglary of a vehicle in the
Athletic Fields parking lot. Investigation revealed the vehicle
had been stolen from the ITT Technical Institute parking lot on
Waterview Parkway. The vehicle received severe damage. The car
stereo and two amps were taken from the vehicle.
Friday, 10/21
* A staff member reported fraudulent letters had been posted on
the doors of several residences in Waterview Park Apartments.
* A staff member reported broken glass and bottles of alcoholic beverages
inside Student Union Regency Rooms and Comet Cafe.
Monday, 10/24
* A student reported the theft of a grill guard from a motor vehicle in
Lot H.
* A student reported a two vehicle hit and run accident at Drive A and
Rutford. Property damage only.
* A student reported the theft of her purse from Green 2.302. The purse
contents included a cell phone, driver's license, credit card, car keys,
and eighty-five dollars.
* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a fire at a
residence in Waterview Park Apartments. Minor property damage only.
* UTD Police responded to a loud noise complaint at a residence in
Waterview Park Apartments. Two student residents were issued citations
for the violation.

* A student reported of a motorcycle stolen from Waterview Park
Apartments.
* A student reported the theft of a mobile phone from the billiards area
of the Student Union.

the Multi-Purpose building.
Friday, 10/28
* A staff member reported criminal mischief property damage to a
photocopier machine at the School of Management.
* A student reported criminal mischief damage to a vehicle in Waterview
Park Apartments.
Saturday, 10/29
* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a medical assist
at the Berkner building. A student was transported by RFD ambulance to
Richardson Regional Medical Center.
* A student reported an assault at the Activity Center. Another student
was identified as the suspect. The victim did not wish to pursue
criminal charges. Incident referred to the Dean of Students.
* UTD Police responded to an activated fire alarm pull-station at the
Founders building. Investigation revealed the situation to be a false
alarm.
* A student was arrested on two active warrants and Possession of a
Dangerous Drug on University Parkway after being stopped for a traffic
violation. A non-affiliated passenger was issued a court citation for
Consumption of Alcohol by Minor.
* A student report a burglary of a vehicle in the Waterview Park
Apartments. The vehicle received damage to the dash and had a smashed
passenger window. A car stereo, speakers, and amplifier were taken from
the vehicle. The total value of the stolen items was approximately $1250.
* A staff member reported a two vehicle accident in the parking lot of
Callier Center South Campus. Property damage only.
* A student reported criminal mischief damage to the window of a residence
in Waterview Park Apartments.
Sunday, 10/30
* UTD Police discovered 15 traffic cones had been stolen from Lot E.
The approximate value of the stolen items totaled $110.
* UTD Police discovered graffiti on one of the concrete signs of the
Activity Center.
