* UTD Police responded to a complaint of an odor of marijuana at a 
  residence in Waterview Park Apartments.  A student was issued a 
  court citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Friday, 09/02

* A student reported a burglary of a motor vehicle in Lot I.  A car
  stereo and amp were taken from the vehicle.  The items were valued at a 
  total of $1000.

* A student reported a burglary of a motor vehicle in Lot A.  A car
  stereo was taken from the vehicle and there was damage to the dash.
  The stereo was valued at $400.

* UTD Police responded to a disturbance between two fraternities in
  Waterview Park Apartments.  Incident referred to the Dean of Students.

* UTD Police impounded an abandoned vehicle parked behind Physical Plant 
  Grounds Department.


Sunday, 09/04

* UTD Police responded to a loud noise complaint at a residence in 
  Waterview Park Apartments.  Four students were issued citations
  for Consumption of Alcohol by Minor.

* UTD Police responded to a disturbance between two students at the 
  School of Management.  A student was issued a court citation for
  Criminal Mischief.

* A student reported criminal mischief damage to a vehicle in Waterview
  Park Apartments.

* A two vehicle accident occurred in a parking of Waterview Park 
  Apartments. 


Friday, 09/09

* UTD Police responded to a disturbance at the Student Union.  A 
  non-affiliated person was issued a court citation for Assault.

* UTD Police responded to a loud noise complaint at a residence in 
  Waterview Park Apartments.  A non-affiliated person was arrested for an 
  active warrant and issued a criminal trespass warning


Sunday, 09/11

* A student reported the theft of a bicycle from a bike rack in Waterview
  Park Apartments.

* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a welfare concern 
  at a residence in Waterview Park Apartments.  A student was transported 
  by RFD ambulance to Richardson Regional Medical Center.

* A student reported a suspicious person attempting to enter a residence 
  in Waterview Park Apartments.  The student described the suspicious 
  person as an East Indian male approximately 5'8", medium build, with 
  short hair, and wearing a blue t-shirt and gray sweatpants.

Monday, 09/12

* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a medical assist 
  at the Student Union.  A staff member was transported by RFD ambulance 
  to Richardson Regional Medical Center.

* UTD Police responded to a report of two suspicious males near the 
  Student Union dressed in all black clothing and wearing black masks.  
  UTD Police detained and identified the two suspicious persons as 
  students.  Incident referred to the Dean of Students.

Tuesday, 09/13

* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a medical assist
  at the Tennis Courts.  A staff member was transported by RFD ambulance 
  to Richardson regional Medical Center.

Friday, 09/16

* A student reported a burglary of a motor vehicle in Lot A.
  There was no sign of forced entry, and there was no damage to the 
  vehicle.  A purse was taken from the vehicle.

* A student drove a vehicle into the wall of an apartment building in
  Waterview Park Apartments.  Property damage only.

* A non-affiliated person was arrested on Waterview Parkway for possession 
  of a controlled substance after being stopped for a traffic violation.

Saturday, 09/17

* A two vehicle hit and run accident occurred in Waterview Park 
  Apartments.  Property damage only.

* A non-affiliated person was issued a court citation for consumption of 
  alcohol by minor in Lot J.

Sunday, 09/18

  at a residence in Waterview Park Apartments.  A student was transported
  by RFD ambulance to Richardson Regional Medical Center.

* A non-affiliated person was arrested for an active warrant on Drive A 
  after being stopped for a traffic violation.


Monday, 09/19

* A non-affiliated person was issued a court citation for possession of 
  alcohol by a minor on Drive A after being stopped for a traffic 
  violation.

* A student reported the theft of a laptop and leather carrying case from 
  the lobby of the UTD Bookstore.  The laptop was valued at $2000 and had 
  been left unsecured in a property bin.

* A student reported the burglary of a motor vehicle in Lot A.  There was 
  no sign of forced entry, there was damage to the vehicle's dash.  A car 
  stereo and amplifier were taken from the vehicle.  The total value of 
  the stolen items was $750.

* UTD Police responded to a welfare concern at the Student Union.
  A student was transported by UTD Police to a hospital in Dallas.


Tuesday, 09/20

* UTD Police and Richardson Fire Department responded to a medical assist
  at the Athletics Fields.  A non-affiliated person refused transport 
  and was treated at the scene by RFD paramedics.

Wednesday, 09/21

* A staff member reported the theft of a fan from a hallway in the
  Berkner building.  The fan was valued at $150.

Thursday, 09/22

* UTD Police responded to a disturbance at a clubhouse in Waterview
  Park Apartments.  The victim completed a non-prosecution form.
  Incident referred to the Dean of Students.

* A student reported the theft of a motor vehicle from Lot H.

Friday, 09/23

* A student was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol 
  by Minor on Waterview Parkway after being stopped for a traffic 
  violation.  The student driver was issued a court citation for Open 
  Container.  A student passenger was issued a court citation for 
  Consumption of Alcohol by Minor.

Saturday, 09/24

* A non-affiliated person was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and 
  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Jonsson Boulevard after being 
  stopped for a traffic violation. A non-affiliated passenger was 
  arrested for Criminal Trespass, and a student passenger was arrested 
  for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

* A student reported possible tampering with personal property by a

* A student was arrested for an active warrant on Drive H after being 
  stopped for a traffic violation.

* UTD Police responded to a welfare concern in Waterview Park Apartments.
  A student was transported by UTD Police to a local hospital.

* A student reported the burglary of a motor vehicle in Lot D.  A Pioneer 
  CD stereo and 3 text books were taken from his vehicle. The value 
  of the stolen items totaled approximately $569.

* A non-affiliated person and a student were each arrested on an active 
  warrant on Lookout Drive after being stopped for a traffic violation.
