The UTD Parking & Traffic office staff are located in the Bursar's Office in the lower level of the McDermott Library. The hours of operation are: Monday thru Thursday - 9:30 am until 6:30 pm, and Friday - 9:30am until 5:30pm. They may be reached by telephone at (972) 883-2344. The Bursar's Office is charged with the duties of issuing UTD parking permits and the collection of campus citation fines.

In addition to the office staff in the Buarsar's Office, the Parking and Traffic Division is staffed from the Police Department with Students as Parking Enforcers and a Parking Manager. Parking enforcement is supplemented with assistance from Student Patrol, Guards, and commissioned personnel. The Auxiliary Services staff is responsible for parking operations for the Uninversity, including: lot maintenance, meters operations, enforcement, and processing citation appeals to a review committee comprised of Faculaty, Staff, and Students.

Auxiliary Services also includes a Senior Guard assigned responsibilities for fleet management of all UTD PD Patrol and civilian vehicles allocated to the Department.
