The Office of Property Administration maintains surplus property storage for equipment and furniture. Items needed for offices, labs or classrooms on the main campus or Callier can be reassigned to your department.
Items may be viewed on Friday mornings. Contact Property Administration with questions about available items.
The Property Storage building is on the north side of campus where Rutford Avenue crosses Synergy Park, next to the Hewlett-Packard building.

Items not returned to campus are collected and sold through Shattuck Auctioneers. You may sign up for mail notification of future sales at their web site www.shattuck.com. Please note that personal computers are not sold through these Shattuck auctions.
Most UTD employees may purchase surplus items. However, if you were the custodian who released the item to surplus, you are not allowed to purchase it. Contact Property Administration if you are not sure if you are an eligible buyer.
