Texas Procurement And Support Services (TPASS): This is the agency which regulates all purchases made using the State of Texas's money.
Electronic State Business Daily (Texas Marketplace): Any bids $25,000 or higher MUST be listed here! Click "Electronic State Business Daily" and search by agency or by keyword.
Centralized Master Bidders' List - General Information: The University of Texas at Dallas refers to this list when sending out invitations to bid - we are not allowed to maintain our own bidders' list. This website should answer most of your questions about the CMBL and how it works.
CMBL FAQ: Frequently asked questions about the Centralized Master Bidders' List.
Search the CMBL: Find out if your business is already listed on the CMBL. You can also use it to find vendors for a particular commodity you need.
Register online for the CMBL: Registration is now required to be completed online, but the State does allow you to mail payments if you are uncomfortable making the transaction online.
Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs): As a State of Texas agency, the University of Texas at Dallas is committed to extending economic opportunities to women- and/or minority-owned businesses whenever it is possible and reasonable to do so. This site will explain the structure and intent of the HUB program and what it may mean for your business.
Search for HUB vendors on the CMBL: UTD is proud to consistently rank in the top 20 among all state agencies for granting economic opportunities to Historically Underutilized Businesses. If you qualify, make sure you're listed here!
