Who We Are

The Office of Student Volunteerism is committed to enriching the lives of students by educating them on and connecting them to, the needs of their campus community, their campus community, and communities across the country and around the world.

 

 

 

Want to Get Involved?

The Office of Student Volunteerism offers UT Dallas students a variety of service opportunities throughout the year that fit their interests, skills and passions. Comets can participate in annual events and programs such as, Viva Volunteer!, Service Saturdays, Freshmen Engaged in Service Together (FEST), Nation Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week, National Volunteer Week, Earth Day, Alternative Spring Break and many more. We partner with local non-profit agencies, departments, and student organizations on one-time and recurring volunteer opportunities that vary by area of impact, time commitment, and location. Transportation is provided for some OSV-sponsored off-campus events and carpool is arranged for all other events. Students interested in participating must register to reserve a volunteer spot. Spaces are limited and spots fill quickly.
