Roles and Responsibilities of the Mentee
- Attend two hour training/orientation
- Ensure regular contacts with mentors
- Identify possible mentors, both on and off campus
- Participate in the development of a constructive relationship
- Attend Professional Development/Networking seminars/workshops
- Participate in Faculty Mentoring Program evaluation process
